The biggest thing D2 Networking does better is that they are proactive so we never seem to have significant issues. When there are issues, they are responded to immediately. We have previously had large IT companies that charged us exorbitant amounts of money and when systems went down we would have to wait unacceptable amounts of time for things to be fixed.
